    • 1 mois de location + TVA du propriétaire et du locataire dans le cas d’une location à long terme.
    • 10% des frais sont versés à des organisations caritatives à travers l’Afrique car nous nous préoccupons des Hommes et des Femmes d’Afrique

    Kindly note that our fees* are based on the standard market practice of:
    • 2% of the selling price + VAT charges to both buyer and seller in the case of a sale.
    • 1 month’s rental + VAT from both Landlord and Tenant in the case of a long term rental.
    * 10% of the fees are donated to charitable organisations around Africa because WE CARE for the Men and Women of Africa.
